Madeline is a junior associate with expertise in regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Health Law Alliance, Madeline worked in-house for multiple health care companies, advising business leaders on best practices for corporate compliance programs. In these roles, Madeline has provided recommendations for structuring compliance programs to ensure alignment with OIG guidelines, drafted internal company policies and vendor agreements, and offered expertise on fraud and abuse risks in proposed acquisitions, including Stark, Anti-Kickback, and False Claims Act concerns.
Madeline earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, cum laude, where she received a concentration in health care law and served as Managing Editor for Saint Louis University’s Journal of Health Law and Policy. Madeline graduated from The University of Alabama, cum laude, with a B.S. in Psychology and Spanish minor. Her personal interests include reading, cooking, and travel.
